The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives. Moreover, after her death, he shall spend fifty tumans of his own money for the funeral expenses. A male slave, named Qanbar, and a female slave, named Tuti, are included in this settlement. Settlement between Mirza Muhammad Hasan, the bookkeeper at Kashan's telegraph house, with the power of attorney from Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Mahmud, and Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari from Kashan, resident of Kalah village, who has the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam, daughter of ‘Abd Allah Khan Ghaffari from Kashan. Some share of a qanat and an orchard near and in Kalah village have been exchanged with some shares of a bakery shop in Kashan. The detriment fees for both parties has been determined.

Settlement of Murtaza Quli Khan Ghaffari on behalf of himself and representing his two sisters (one, wife of Haydar Quli Khan, and the other, wife of Yamin Nizam), as well as his two other sisters, representing themselves, one the mother of Mir ‘Abbas Khan [Nayyirah Khanum] and the other, wife of Aqa Riza Khan [Farah Khanum] with their paternal half-brother, Riza Quli Khan. They have exchanged their rights on a piece of land that belonged to the late Aqa Muhsin, located in Dasht-i Juy Ibrahim in Kalah village, for eighty tumans.
